Winter Servicing Terms & Conditions: Conditions relating to servicing over the winter months. Orders received will be on the understanding that T H WHITE can carry out the service of your machine(s) AT ANY TIME during the winter months to enable best use of staff time and planning of workload. If any additional work is found to be necessary, above the confirmed order, you will be contacted and your agreement sought before this work is carried out. Parts discounts indicated are for items supplied from stock or included in stock-ordered parts, but excludes oil. Discounts apply to franchised machines. A small surcharge may be added to non-franchised machinery. Payment for work done will be in accordance to normal trading conditions unless a deferred payment option has been agreed. Service appraisals include a fixed price inspection and written estimate of critical and recommended maintenance. All prices are quoted Ex-VAT for work conducted in our workshops. Travel expenses apply for service activities conducted on farm.
